  • Once we have your completed Style Questionnaire, room photos, room measurements, and payment for the chosen e-design service, we'll start crafting your design concept. Expect the final e-design package within 2-3 weeks.

  • Our Client Questionnaire is designed to help pinpoint your preferred style. If you're unsure, you can simply select "Not Sure." Together, we'll explore your likes, ideas, and favorite colors, and gather visual inspiration to refine your style. This process will guide us in shaping the vision for your space.

  • Don’t worry, we will provide detailed measuring and image instructions for you at the beginning of the process!

  • Explore design inspiration from designer accounts on Instagram, Pinterest, or Houzz. If you find a room in a magazine or book that you love, feel free to share it with us!

  • Our design portal is your go-to hub for seamless client communication. It's intuitive and easy to use, ensuring that your experience is smooth from start to finish. While the portal is our primary communication tool, we're always available to schedule a phone call or Google Meet if needed. Our top priority is your satisfaction, and we’re here to help you create your perfect space. We typically respond within 24 hours during the standard business week, so you're never left waiting.

  • At Otto Design, our goal is to craft a design plan that combines functionality with beauty. We'll start with a comprehensive phone consultation and maintain ongoing communication through email. During this process, we'll discuss your inspiration images and provide an opportunity for revisions to ensure we're aligned. The design fee covers the time and effort we commit to your project. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, even if the final design done.

  • Rest assured, you have full control over your purchases, guiding the process to meet your needs. If an item sells out within 30 days of receiving your final design concept, we'll collaborate with you to find a suitable replacement at your preferred price range. We encourage our clients to make timely purchases to prevent items from selling out, but we work diligently to ensure availability during the final design presentation.

    Sometimes online shopping doesn't go as planned. An item's appearance might differ slightly from what you expected, or the dimensions may not fit perfectly. All the items we recommend come from reputable online retailers who offer easy returns and exchanges. If an item doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, just reach out to your designer. If you've ordered it within 30 days of the final presentation and are unsatisfied, we'll happily help you find the perfect replacement.

  • Absolutely! We’re delighted to incorporate your existing furniture and cherished items into your design. Our goal is to create a space that mirrors your personal style while ensuring you feel at ease whenever you’re in the room. To achieve this, we'll need either a link to the items you wish to keep or photos along with their measurements for accurate placement. In your custom 2D or 3D design concept, we’ll strive to match mock-up products to your existing pieces, delivering the most genuine representation of your envisioned space

  • We're here to help! We'll suggest paint colors from well-known retailers that fit your design scheme. But remember, paint colors can look different under various lighting conditions. We are recommending buying paint samples and testing them on different walls at different times of the day. If you're not satisfied with the colors, don't worry! We're happy to revisit your options within 30 days of your final presentation to find something you love.

  • At Otto Interiors, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your design doesn't match your vision perfectly, don't worry—you can request unlimited revisions up until the date specified in your package. This includes adjusting furniture placement, product choices, and color schemes. We'll keep refining every detail until you're completely thrilled with the design and ready to make your purchases.

    Unlike larger design platforms, we ensure complete transparency with no mark-ups or hidden fees for revisions. Our design portal allows you to easily “approve” or “reject” items for your space, and we encourage you to provide feedback on any rejections. Plus, we'll be available for live chat and communication throughout the process to ensure you're ecstatic about your newly designed space and end up with a timeless room you'll love.

  • We’re excited to work on any room you’d like designed! However, please note that while we can help with kitchens and bathrooms, these designs won't be exact due to the complexities involved with plumbing, electrical work, and major renovations. But don't worry—we can guide you in selecting aesthetic elements like faucets, countertops, tiles, knobs, and lighting. Our Nest Package is perfect for these spaces. You'll receive a 2D vision board, complete with a rationale for each of our design choices. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees.
